Here are the steps to install new brushes on Photoshop.
Step-1:
First download the brush file with .abr extension from either free or premium providers according to your need. Here I’m downloading flower brushes pack from brusheezy, a free and premium photoshop brush designer and distribution platform.

Step-2:
Now download and save the files on your system hard disk and move the downloaded .abr brush file to the Photoshop installation directory under this path.
Path: C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)PresetsBrushes
and paste the file in this brushes folder.

Step-3:
Open your Photoshop application which can be purchased from any online eCommerce vendor, market and from Adobe Web Portal.
And go to the Brush Tool using Shift + B from keyboard or by just selecting the brush using cursor from tools panel.

Step-4:
Now go to brush selector as shown as red Circle-1 then select the gear sign on right as red circle-2
and then select Load Brushes… shown as red Circle-3.

Step-5:
A file selector window will open, again go to the same path where you moved your .abr file as suggested path: C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)PresetsBrushes
and select your brush file, as in this case it is Flower-Brush.abr.

Step-6:
Now your brush has been installed, you can use it by selecting it from the brush selector panel as shown in the pictures.
